As per the estimates of the Fiqh Council of North America, Hajj 2015 will fall between September 20and September 25, insha-Allaah.

The Hajj takes place from the 8th to the 12th of Zul-Hijjah which is the last month of the Hijri calendar.

The Islamic or Hijri Calendar is a lunar calendar based on moon sightings. The actual advent of each month depends upon the physical sighting of the new moon.
